Rules!

For Auctions:

- You must pay before using.
- You can make minor changes after you pay.
- I will take the highest bidder at the end of the deadline.

For Adoptables:

- You must pay before using.
- You can make minor changes after you pay.
- Price is negotiable to an extent.

For both auctions and adoptables, once you win/ get the adopt, you have a week to pay. If you don't pay after a week, then the next highest bidder gets it or the next person willing to pay will.

I don't usually give refunds, but it depends on how long ago you got it and how much it was worth.
